I’m currently transitioning from organizational consulting into counseling (CPCAB), with a focus on identity, long-term life abroad, and nervous-system-aware work for expats navigating 5+ years away from “home”. This page is a hub for my writing, reflections, and professional updates as that transition unfolds.

I’m going on my 16th year as a Filipina American TCK living in Spain.

So I know firsthand that global citizens and migrants who’ve passed the 5-year mark abroad need something deeper than visa and language advice.
